Audit Committee: One of two standing committee’s per the by-laws.
Consists of Shores property owners only. Chairman Allan Baker.

Architectural Control Committee: The second of two standing committee’s. Duties and responsibilities as defined by the Deed Restrictions. Chairman Robert Evans Members include: Gene Caputo, David Darge, Stephen Raff, Klaus Gringer, Liz Langdon and Janice Watson, David Kennedy. |

Budget Committee: Reviews proposed budget and recommends changes when deemed necessary. Presents budget to Board of Directors for approval. Chairman Jerry Zinn. |

Facilities Committee: Michael Zuaro chairs the committee that will study the condition of our facilities and propose projects to improve or add to the utilization of these facilities.

Election Committee: This committee must be appointed at least 60 days prior to the annual meeting. This committee must determine those members eligible to vote, they must oversee the distribution and collection of all proxies and ballots and establish their validity. The committee shall also count the ballots and report the results to the Secretary. Co-Chairpersons Lucille Smith & Linda Kourmetis. |

Search Committee: The director of the Search Committee shall be appointed 120 days prior to the annual meeting. It shall present the results to the Secretary no later than 60 days prior to the annual meeting. All Directors. |

Security Committee: This committee is charged with developing strategies and implementing programs and projects that will provide increased protection for the members and property of the St. Augustine Shores Community. These programs are discussed with Management and presented to the Board of Directors as developed. Chairman Peter Weingaertner. |
