St. Augustine Shores Service Corporation is governed by our Board of Directors,
consisting of seven members which are elected to a two year term.
The Board of Directors meetings are held the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. at 790 Christina Drive.

Directors of the Service Corporation have completely familiarized themselves with the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, Deed Restrictions and Policy Manual. The property and business of the St. Augustine Service Corporation shall be managed by the Board which may exercise all corporate powers.
