Community Expansion With Taste
This community originally offered a selection of eight sensibly priced homes.
These homes ranged from 1-bedroom 1-bath models to 4-bedroom 2-bath models and offered between 660 and 1448 square feet of living space. The original models line the streets of units 1 through 6 in this 8-unit development. Later development in units 4 through 8 includes homes offering living space of 2500 square feet and up. The most recent models built by Toll Brothers offer 2500 to 3300 square feet of living space and were developed in units 7 and 8. A major modification to this planned unit development in 1988 reduced the density of this community to 3300 single-family homes and 2250 multi family homes.

Great Facilities
Our magnificent community has 58 acres set aside for the development of parks and 45 acres designated for recreational sites on the Intracoastal Waterway. A 12,000 square foot recreation building is located on the waterway. It has a 180,000-gallon pool, adjoining shuffleboard courts, and a baseball field. The Riverview Facility houses a 5500 square foot ballroom, a game room complete with billiard tables, a card room and kitchen facilities available for rental for various social functions and special events. The natural buffer areas that parallel the arterial roads and bike paths promote privacy and provide observation points for community members to view wildlife such as Osprey and Otter.
